The Floor Care Plan is exclusive to floors we've sanded or fitted ourselves. We know exactly what's on your floor, because we put it there. Once a year, the same two people who finished your floor come back and put it back to its best.
Why it matters: a floor that gets a fresh top coat before the wear reaches bare wood never needs sanding again. A floor left five years too long needs a full restoration costing thousands. Over ten years, the plan costs less than one re-sand, and your floor looks freshly finished the whole time.
If we've just finished your floor, you'll find your plan price in writing with your final paperwork. If we finished your floor a while ago and you'd like to join, sign up below and we'll confirm your price.

We know exactly what finish is on your floor, because we put it there, so every maintenance day uses the right products and the right method for your exact floor. A deep clean of the whole floor, a machine buff to key the surface, and one fresh coat of your exact finish, lacquer or oil. Minor scratch and gap touch-ups are included in the price. We move your furniture as we go, or clear the rooms before we arrive and we'll take £50 off.
From £400 + VAT a year, our members' rate, with everything included. Your exact price is fixed in writing when your job completes, based on the size of your floor and the finish on it. Your price includes everything: our day and the product for your exact floor, with nothing charged on top. Plan members also get 10% off everything in the Howard Naish shop, and 10% off the labour on any future work we do for you.
